Every Grow With Kat product comes with a licence that determines how you can use it.
The licence type included with a product will be stated on the individual product page before purchase. This guide explains what each licence means, so you can clearly understand the rights included with your purchase.
Use it personally or within your own business. No resale rights included.
A Personal + Business Use licence allows you to edit and customise the product for your own personal use or within your own business.

Private Label Rights
Edit it. Rebrand it. Sell it under your own brand.
PLR stands for Private Label Rights.
A PLR licence gives you permission to edit, customise and rebrand a digital product before selling it under your own brand.
This May Include
Private Label Rights do not pass on to your customer.
In simple terms: PLR lets you make the product your own and sell your version.
Master Resell Rights
Resell it. Pass the resell rights on.
MRR stands for Master Resell Rights.
An MRR licence gives you permission to resell a digital product and pass the permitted resell rights on to your customer.
This Means
MRR is about resale rights. It does not automatically include the editing and rebranding permissions associated with PLR.
In simple terms: MRR lets you resell the product and allows your customer to resell it too.
Edit it. Rebrand it. Resell it.
When a product includes PLR + MRR, you receive the benefits of both licence types.
The PLR gives you permission to edit, customise and rebrand the product.
The MRR gives you permission to resell the product and pass the permitted Master Resell Rights on to your customer.
With PLR + MRR, You Can
PLR lets you make it your own.
MRR lets your customer resell it too.
